Every Realtor has a web page, but how many have a blog? I love to blog! It is one of my favorite things to do in my spare time... It is also the best way to get current information out to my clients! So, bookmark my page and check back for what's going on in the Real Estate World.
I was a stay at home mom for 7 years, but recently decided to get out there in the marketplace and try to make some money for extra things such as traveling and savings! How blessed I was to be ABLE to stay home and raise my babies, but now they are school-age and don't need their mama 24/7! So , I got my license and am now an independent contractor with Century 21 in the Columbia/Irmo Area. I am learning very quickly how this cut-throat business runs, and have already decided how NOT to be a realtor. I think I am REAL, and will not be the one showing up at a showing in a 3 piece suit- like I said, REAL!! I can be professional, yet still crack a smile or joke when it is appropriate! We will have a good time together and I like making this tough decision painless for you! Let me do the work!
I plan on blogging about personal stories, work stories, the In's and outs of the business and whatever else may be on my mind! My job will be to pass on information to you , the consumer, about the market- what everyone needs to know that other Realtors are not willing to tell you. An informed consumer is a SMART consumer. SOLD! they say you earn your commission technically when you get the contract signed, sealed and delivered. Well, I have done all of those things- just have to wait till the end of March for the closing.
