ahh yeah!! I am working it!! and it is paying off!

SOLD! they say you earn your commission technically when you get the contract signed, sealed and delivered. Well, I have done all of those things- just have to wait till the end of March for the closing.

Anyone who thinks realtors make too much have no idea what we do all day. When this thing comes to the end of March, I may be dead - either stress related, exhaustion, or panic attack!! There is so much to do!! Everything has to be "just so"- legal-wise. All of the inspections, preapprovals, faxes, people, forms, paperwork out the yin yang.

AHH it is exciting though!!!!!!!! I love it
